About this space
Welcome to your perfect retreat in the breathtaking Pocono Mountains! We are located in a peaceful gated community near many of the attractions that the Pocono Mountains area has to offer! Our home is family friendly, as this cozy paradise with a view of a peaceful creek and lake, is the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The space
Our place is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with a fun- filled entertainment space in the lower level. We have a fully equipped kitchen that connects to the dining room for seamless entertainment and fun with friends and family. Ideally sleeps 8 guests but there is a Queen sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests and has parking for 6 vehicles.
We offer:
-3 bedrooms: 1 Queen, 1 Full and 4 twin bunk beds and a Queen sofa bed (in lower level).
-2 bathrooms
- A dedicated workspace in master bedroom
- Kids Indoor Play area with monkey bar ladder, mountain climber, rock wall and mini play cabin, boat seesaw.
- Kid/Teen/adult entertainment space with mid-size ping pong table, full size air hockey table and Foosball table and Arcade area with 4 Arcade cabinets and 40" TV with game console (with 300 different classic retro arcade games).
- 6 TVs total. One TV in every bedroom, plus one in the living room and 2 in the entertainment areas in the lower level. Bring your own login and enjoy casting from your favorite streaming app!
-Deck with outdoor seating and grill area. Expect to bring your own propane!
-Hot tub that seats 3-4 people for ultimate relaxation
-Firepit area to relax and have some nice warm smores! (Bring your own firewood!)

-2 outdoor pools (seasonal from early summer through Labor Day)
-5 lakes (with 2 beaches)- Open from early spring to late fall.
-Tennis courts and basketball court!

No smoking on premises, no parties, and quiet hours are observed at night as our guests are expected to respect the property as this is part of a beautiful peaceful community. No Fireworks of any kind allowed in this community.

Entrance to the house has 5 steps. There are also steps inside of the property to access the lower-level game room/kids play area.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

***The community requires guests to complete a registration form and every guest (all guests visiting the property) must be registered at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Guest must provide their full name, mailing address, phone number, along with all the names of guests that will also be visiting/staying with the group. Guests will not be admitted to the community without completion of this form. This keeps our gated community safe!
***There is also a required waiver that must be signed as we have several amenities available in our home.
