The Condo has a ceiling fan and air-conditioner to cool the entire condo with maximum comfort.
The bedroom features two full size beds. The first full size bed has a memory foam mattress so you’ll sleep in ultra comfort like a true king or queen. The second full size bed has an inflatable air mattress which is also super comfortable.
The room comes with a hotel style mini-fridge and includes free wifi. Also includes a 55” 4K Smart TV with NBA TV, YouTube, NetFlix and other free channels.

The rental also includes the rooftop patio which has a beautiful view of the mountains and city lights at night. I have a hammock so you can lat down and relax or gaze at the sky/stars at night. There is also an outside sink, counter top, and grill that can be used for barbecue’s. There is also a retractable shade on the roof to provide much needed protection from the sun during the day.
You will also have access to a very large banquet area near the pool that can be used for any gatherings, parties, or celebrations. (Advance notice may be required and subject to availability).

También tendrás acceso al patio de la azotea que tiene una hermosa vista de las montañas y las luces de la ciudad por la noche. Tengo una hamaca para que puedas relajarte y ver el cielo/las estrellas por la noche. También hay un fregadero exterior, una encimeras y una parrilla que se puede utilizar para hacer barbacoas. También hay una sombra retráctil en el techo para brindar la protección necesaria contra el sol durante el día.
Cuando alquilas el condominio también incluye acceso a un área de banquetes muy grande cerca de la piscina que se puede utilizar para reuniones, fiestas, o celebraciones. (Es posible que se requiera notificación previa y esté sujeta a disponibilidad).
