AIR CONDITIONING:
A/C temperatures set between 70ºF-79ºF. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit. Please ensure all doors and windows remain shut for equipment to function properly.
SECURITY CAMERAS
There is a security Ring camera at the front exterior of the property. There is no camera inside of the home to ensure your privacy.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days on the check in instructions trash days and place trash in the trash bins outside daily to keep a clean home.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure to bring in the Garbage Containers on the same trash days Monday and Thursday and place them at the side of the house as not to be seen from the street view. A fee of $30 charge if leaving the garbage containers at the curbside on non-trash days during your stay.
