Relax in either the sun or shade on the wrap-around deck, lounge chairs, complete with outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and gas grill. The interior features an open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen area. Modern kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances, Ninja blender (for those margaritas) and Keurig & drip coffee makers. One (1) floor living, with all 3 Bedrooms and large Bath (with laundry) off the main hallway with outdoor shower. New furnishings throughout the cottage, including wrapped hypoallergenic mattresses with extra support and comfort. No smoking and no pets please.
