Home Away From Home
This house is two floors- the entrance and main house are upstairs (no elevator), enter in the open living area and be in awe immediately of the incredible views of Lemon Bay greeting you across the way.
Two master suites both with lanai access and huge ensuite bathrooms as well as two guest bedrooms, an additional guest bathroom and a spacious laundry room take up the main floor.
Head downstairs to the garage and lounge area where you'll find the additional suite with a kitchenette, full bathroom, and pool deck access.
Enjoy all the outdoors has to offer, the pool and spa overlook the incredible Lemon Bay. The dock is huge with plenty of space to tie up a big sailboat or launch a kayak.
The fenced yard is great for dogs!

Location:
On Lemon Bay just north of Stump Pass. Guests are welcome to use the ramp for kayak launching and tie your boat to the dock.
Kayaking and boating is fantastic from this house, as it leads right out to the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve popular for kayaking and paddleboarding.
​​​​​​​This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.
Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
BBQ use is included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. Propane tank refills are not included.
Pool/Spa heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid.

We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
