Το σπίτι αποτελείται από δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια με παρκέ ξύλινα πατώματα, 1 μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο και δύο μπάνια με ντους. Και οι δύο όροφοι έχουν μπαλκόνια με θέα στη θάλασσα.
