Summary: This place was conveniently located and fairly comfortable. Street parking was ample. There were a few quirks such as sanitizer instead of soap in the bathrooms and no sheets for the foldout twin mattresses, but overall we were happy with it. The game room is really an alcove off the bedroom on the top floor, but the pictures and description match the space pretty well. The host was decent about communicating and accommodating of requests, but we did have some trouble checking in because the host's automatic message didn't send. Checkout was super easy. Overall, we were content with the space, but for the price it lacks some refinement (soap, sheets, neighborhood safety, communication). Once the host has more experience it could be a great place to stay.
