Great location! Newly decorated home, centrally located between Fayetteville and Springdal. Tucked away in the cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood just down the street from the new Johnson square shops. Home features a two car garage with mature trees in front and backyard. The layout offers an open, split floor plan, featuring a large master and walk through closet that leads to the laundry room. The spacious Livingroom has open passageways into the kitchen/breakfast bar and dining area.
Location is central to all things NWA - 11 minutes from the UoA and Walmart Amp. The home is well designed to offer spacious living areas and a beautiful master bedroom. The third bedroom can serve as a dedicated office or bedroom with a fold out large futon depending on your needs. 2-car garage has a fold up ping-pong table, and there is a gas grill on outside patio. We strive to provide all the comforts of home to make your stay enjoyable and pleasant.
