Newly RENOVATED private home, 2 blocks from the beach, located equal walking-distance from Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Piers where you can find many restaurants and shops. House is in pristine condition as it is my permanent residence that I am offering as a full house rental August 2024.
The upstairs living space includes a spacious living room/dining area with plenty of windows to give you the beach-living feeling that makes this location so special. 65" Samsung Smart TV with YouTube TV. Adjoining the dining room is the kitchen with dining table, counter, sliding glass doors, double sink, refrigerator, convection/standard oven, microwave with convection option, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Down the hall from the kitchen is the master suite. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, plenty of closet and dresser space, French doors, 55" Smart TV and ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench and large vanity with lots of space. There is a separate vanity with a sink across from the master bath.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with queen beds and a shared full bathroom featuring a combination tub/shower. The front bedroom opens to the patio through French doors where there is a gas grill for your use. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space. You will also find the laundry room on the first floor that includes a brand new washer and dryer.
The Gardener and Home Inspector come monthly. My housekeeper is an option on a weekly of bi-weekly basis at your expense if you are so inclined.
