Welcome to Queen City Quarters! Our 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms home sleeps 18! The convenient location is ideal for whatever activities you have planned here in Cincinnati. It is situated less than a mile from restaurants and major grocery store, 1 mile to the zoo, and less than 3 miles from Great American Ball Park, and Paycor Stadium! The University of Cincinnati is just around the corner! Whether you are traveling with family or friends, this spacious layout will provide a comfortable stay! Free Wifi and pet friendly with a fee!
The Space:
*note this is a 3 story house with water heater in the basement. It takes about 5 minutes to get hot water on the upper floors.*
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, the living room and kitchen will be off to your left, and a staircase l will be just down the hall.
Guests can relax on our queen sofa couch while watching the large SmartTV. The living room opens to the fully-equipped kitchen. Major appliances, cookware, and dinnerware are provided for your convenience!
Through the kitchen you will find our first full bathroom and bedroom. This bedroom is generously sized with high ceilings, an exposed brick wall, and a queen bed.
Head upstairs to find 3 more bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms! These large bedrooms offer lots of options! One of the bedrooms feature a queen bed, one room with a king bed, and one bedroom with two twin-over-full bunkbeds.
Each of these rooms has ample space for you to spread out!
Head up the second set of stairs and enjoy a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and bonus room! In the bonus room you will find a large farm table, perfect for dining together or playing cards and hanging out! This room has another large SmartTV and access to the washer and dryer.
The sixth bedroom and fourth full bathroom are in the basement. This is a great spot for anyone looking for a bit more quiet and privacy.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This home is conveniently located in a residential area and less than a mile from major grocery and restaurants. It is less than a half mile from The University of Cincinnati's campus, and less than 3 miles from Great American Ball Park and Paycor Stadium.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
