Positive: Fantastic location but also quiet. We were there when the Christmas markets were on and there was one next to the hotel and this didn’t disturb us in any way. As soon as you enter the hotel we were welcomed by such friendly staff. Once we had our room and very kindly was given an upgrade. Room was very quirky with the shape and design. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, enjoyed the relaxed feeling and friendly staff.
Negative: Loved it all….thank you.
Summary: Would definitely stay at the NH Graz the next time we visit this lovely city.
