## Logement
Located on the 3rd and top floor without elevator, it comprises :
- two bedrooms with two double beds ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
On the upper floor, the two bedrooms are located under the eaves, offering a cozy atmosphere. Please note that some areas require bending to move around.
The first bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed, including a bed frame and mattress.
The second bedroom features a comfortable mattress placed directly on the wooden floor (see photo).
The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning. During periods of intense heat (a few days per year), it can get warm under the roof. However, for the rest of the time, the large skylights allow for quick and effective ventilation of the rooms. For your comfort, standing and rotating fans are available in each bedroom.

You'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

All amenities are nearby: restaurants, cafés, markets and shops.
There's a "Franprix" supermarket 300 m from the building for your everyday needs.

The neighborhood is also well served by public transport.

All in all, it's a lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a large number of theaters and cafés-théâtres. There's something for everyone, from punk rock to ethnic music, especially in the Bagnolet area south of the cemetery and in Ménilmontant, around the Butte and the avenue of the same name.
