Positive: This hotel is beautiful. The cleaners are constantly cleaning the hotel and the cleaners are so lovely and friendly. the rooms are beautiful. We had a suite and it was so big, the beds were so comfy and the balcony was lovely. The food was lovely and always fresh The 2 ladies at reception were so lovely and helpful. They both helped us many times with our room and information on where to go ect. Pool beds are so comfy and always available.
Negative: Only small things, like would be good if the resturant had a coffee/hot drinks station. And more staff needed at the bar to reduce wait time. Possible more english speaking channels on the tv. With not alot on at night which is nice because the hotel is so quiet and peaceful.
