Positive: Huge house with good furniture. Nice pool and beautiful garden. Great view from the upper floor. Safe neighbourhood, beautiful beach and good brewery very close to the house. Overall quite nice place to live but there were some nuances.
Negative: The expectations about this house were very high but there were some inconveniences. For example, stairs from one room to another within the same floor. It's not convenient if you're traveling with a person with some physical limitations. It was our case - my mother-in-law had recent knee surgery and experienced discomfort because of the stairs. We thought that the only stairs were from ground to the upper floor. But there were a lot including one to the washing and drying machine. Also it was not very clean. I dropped the hairlip under the bedside table and saw some dust. It's not crucial but still. We ran out of the hot water couple of mornings. I know that it was 8 people in the house and that's quite a lot but the house is huge and the boilers should be designed for a large number of people. I guess if it's less than 8 people then you won't experience same problem. The house looks older than at the pictures.
