Summary: The woman who checked us in informed us that our room didn’t include parking, so we had to call and use a shuttle to access our room. This was nowhere to be found when booking the room and it was NOT communicated by the property ahead of the check in. It’s also not clear from the property page that you are essentially renting a room in a house. You have to share amenities (kitchens, the lounge areas they show in Hotels.com) with other guests. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Finally, there is no AC and we were given a room with a broken window (a sign on the window said not to open it). It was hot and uncomfortable. A pretty disappointing stay!
