Well appointed two story waterfront Bay House with views to the Brisbane Water National Park. Private boat ramp and jetty for your small boat mooring. Luxury accommodation for up to 10 in total, ideal for 2 extended families. House has 1 King Bed, 3 Queen Beds and 1 Single (+ kids playroom with 3 beds if required) + 3 Baths + 2 Living areas each with large flat screen tvs. NBN wifi included. Secure (gated) parking for several vehicles. Our home is eco friendly with tank water and solar panels.
This private, north facing large home overlooks National Park in Woy Woy Bay with its own private jetty. Direct access to all water sports including jet skiing, water skiing, kayaking, wind surfing and paddle boarding. (Three double kayaks and a range of life jackets are provided).
Fishing off the jetty for flathead and bream all year round, then BBQ your catch only metres from the water’s edge. The kids can entertain themselves with our undercover ping pong table. Boat berth for walk on / walk off access to your boat (see Spike Milligan bridge height limits for access to Brisbane Waters and Broken Bay).
Inside the house you will find everything you need for entertaining a large family or group of friends. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with fireplace, dining table for 10 and perfect views north. Seperate large format media room (perfect for the kids cartoons!), 5 generous bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms including 2 baths and a full laundry. The high ceilings give the main floor a cool and calm relaxed feeling, aided by ducted air conditioning on hot days. For cooler nights, enjoy the outside firepit overlooking the bay for that 5 star ‘glamping’ feeling.
