3 bedroom ranch with garage, breezeway, deck, outside shower and farmer 's porch. Master bedroom has queen bed with bathroom and shower. The kitchen, dining, living room combination is open. Kitchen is complete with everything needed to eat, bake and cook. The washer and dryer is in the foyer. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have a full size bed.There are overhead ceiling fans in all rooms. Home comes with outdoor grill, porch rocking chairs, outdoor patio set with umbrella, beach chairs and beach grill. Meshacket Grove (Way) is off County rd and the house is on 1.5 acres set back from road. The area is nice and it is quiet. Conveniently located between Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. The bike path and bus pick up is located on County Road at the end of Meshaket Way.

Summary: We returned last week from a fun and peaceful stay on the island. This home is well equipped with all the accessories, comforts and amenities of a year round home. It is tastefully decorated, the beds were super comfortable and there were cooling options in each room which is ideal when no one can agree on an ideal temperature;). There were plenty of options places to hang out, relax and enjoy the pretty yard. It was so nice to have a comfortable home away from home to go in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the island during this time of year.
