- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)
- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)
- A washer and dryer are available for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay
Other Things to Note:
The property includes a barbecue grill for guest use; please ensure it is thoroughly cleaned after each use, as a cleaning fee of up to $100 may be applied if the grill is left dirty upon departure.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify identity, confirm age, and finalize your booking. Access to the property will not be granted until verification is completed.
A rental agreement must be signed prior to your stay.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for incidentals, damages, or policy violations.
