Sit on the balcony and look out for sail boats passing by and sea birds flying over the shimmering waters.
The space
The front door open on to a foyer and an stair case to the living area. Once you go up the stairs, you will find a spacious great room with modern kitchen and dining area, all with ocean views! The entire length of this great room with vaulted ceiling is a balcony with the view of the Pacific Ocean. Sip your coffee and watch the boats, the birds, or the bikers and runners on the board walk. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an en-suite full bath. This unit is unusually open and spacious for this area. It is one house from ocean front, so you will have both privacy and magnificent views.
