Please know your health and safety is of utmost importance to us. Prior to your arrival, our housekeeper has conducted a thorough disinfecting and sanitizing procedure as outlined in the CDC guidelines. The areas she disinfects include all of the high-touch surfaces, and linens and towels are washed and dried on the "hot" settings. And there is a also an air purifier located in the living area.
A Ring Doorbell was recently installed on the entry door. Rest assured there are no other such devices inside or outside the house. Your privacy is of utmost importance for you and for us.
Our house comes with an ocean view. Listen to the waves crash on the beach and relax on the deck where there is a propane BBQ grill, a table and Adirondack chairs. This is my favorite place where I can be found most times with a book, a cigar and a drink. Check it out. It doesn't get much better!
This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house is beautifully decorated with many amenities, great for an awesome vacation at the beach, or a romantic weekend get away. The house is set up to accommodate 6 guests very comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms, a queen bed in two of the rooms, and one king size bed in the master bedroom.
The house is pet friendly. Please only one pet (dog). No cats or other animals.
There is a flat rate pet fee of $100.

The house is a spacious two story townhouse with approx. 1650 sq ft of living space. The HOA restricts the total number of guests who may occupy a vacation rental in our development to 6..

As you enter the downstairs area through the entry door, you will find 2 carpeted queen bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom with deep soaking tub. You will also find a washer/dryer downstairs.
The floors on the main living area upstairs and the stairs leading upstairs have recently installed water proof, high grade laminate flooring. It provides for a clean environment.
On this level is a large master suite with king size bed, TV, a full bath, deep soaking tub, and a walk-in closet.
Also upstairs, you will find the living room adjacent to the kitchen with ocean views, the sound of crashing waves, a cozy corner fireplace, two comfy couches, recliner, Smart TV so you can log in using your passwords for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more.
Additionally, the second level includes a full kitchen, dining area with a table which can be expanded to comfortably seat 6.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking large or small meals, with modern stainless steel appliances, Mr. Coffee coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, coffee grinder, a large array of dishes, pots and pans; slow cooker, toaster oven, standard toaster, blender, and a lobster pot. There is an assortment of spices, sugar, coffee and tea.
If you are arriving late and have not planned for dinner, you will find on the kitchen counter complimentary pasta and pasta sauce for a quick meal.
