Beautifully decorated with Florida style, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach home offers all the comforts of home. This 3-level home offers 3 levels of oceanfront decks, an outside shower, and views from every bedroom. This home also features a 1-car garage, laundry room (full-size washer and dryer), and a porch swing overlooking the ocean. The house features tile floors throughout, with carpet in the bedrooms. Wireless internet access is available and is free to all guests.
1st Level: On the first level is the 1-car garage. As you walk in from the garage there is a small, private living area with a queen sleeper sofa (the 4th bedroom), full bathroom, and laundry room. There is a spiral staircase from the 1st floor, up to the 2nd/main floor. Also off the 1st floor is an oceanfront screened porch spanning the entire back of the house, facing the ocean, with plenty of comfortable furniture to relax in, and take in the view.
2nd/Main Level: The front door to this home is up a small flight of stairs. Guest entering this beautiful seaside retreat, walk right into the oceanfront living room. The living room features a flat-screen TV, DVD, VCR, sectional sofa, fireplace, stereo/CD player with a wireless outdoor speaker, and access to the oceanfront deck. When you walk onto the deck from the 2nd level, you can also walk down a small flight of stairs to another slightly smaller deck which sits closer to the ocean.
In the living room, you will find various family board games and card games to keep you entertained. There is also a selection of DVDs, VCR Tapes, and CDs.
The ocean view (and intra-coastal view) kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops. The kitchen is complete with utensils, dinnerware, glassware, pots & pans, a blender, a mixer, both KEURIG and automatic drip coffee pots, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, a slow cooker, and almost any gadget you could desire! The dining room features seating for 6 and also offers a view of the ocean and the intra-coastal waterway.
2nd Floor/Main Level Bedroom: Also on the 2nd level is the oceanfront master suite, featuring a king-size bed, flat screen TV, DVD, clock, chair, access to the oceanfront deck, and full bath with a walk-in shower.
3rd Floor Rooms: On the 3rd level, guests will find the 2nd oceanfront master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, clock, chair, and access to a private oceanfront deck. The 3rd bedroom features built-in twin-size beds (with underneath storage), a flat-screen TV, and a clock. The 3rd bedroom was designed so that it has a view of both the intra-coastal waterway, as well as the unbelievable ocean outside. The 2nd full bath features a tub/shower.
Throw blankets and beach towels (within arm's reach of the deck) are in the living room. There are extra towels and sheets in the linen closet. For those little messes, an upright vacuum, as well as a hand vac is available for your use. In case you need it while you're there, you'll find a few tools in the linen closet. There is an iron in each of the oceanfront bedrooms on both the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Furnishings: And, there is an ironing board in the downstairs bedroom closet. The kitchen cabinets go fairly tall, so we have provided a step stool for your use -- also found in the downstairs bedroom closet.
