Oceanview condominium sited atop the dunes at the East Sandwich Beach. This one Bedroom condo is the middle unit in a 3 unit building.
Enter the home into the main interior space that features an open Livingroom/Kitchen combination, window AC unit, and a ladder to a sleeping loft with 2 twin mattresses on the floor. Fully equipped Kitchen with bar top dining for four. The living room offers a smart TV over the bartop and a full-sized sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area.
As you walk through the living space you will find the queen bedroom to the right with a window AC unit and bathroom to the left. The bathroom features a stall shower.
Private association beach just steps away away front the front door. There is parking for 2 cars, front to back, along the white fence and dunes in the driveway (the parking along the building is for the front unit in the building).
The property includes a gas grill and outdoor shower (not enclosed) used for rinsing those sandy days at the beach away.
