This brand-new rental, with a heated pool and beautifully landscaped backyard is perfect for your vacation! Being just 2 miles from Scottsdale's main attractions, this home is in an ideal location for visitors: 10 minutes from the airport and less than 5 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale. The Old West BnB rental home is a perfect vacation spot, with a spacious living area and large backyard, with tons of games and activities in the gorgeous outdoor space! It’s perfect for large groups or families. The home décor is Southwest inspired, to make your vacation to the desert even more memorable!
The living room, along with all of the bedrooms, feature large TVs with live-streamed cable (YouTube TV). The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom can accommodate two additional guests in a queen size bed. The third bedroom features 2 bunk beds to accommodate four additional guests. There are plenty of mirrors throughout the house so that there is plenty of space for large groups to all get ready at the same time if needed.
The very spacious backyard is great for a fun and relaxing time. The yard features a large pool, an outdoor dining table (in a screened-in porch), an outdoor sofa, lounge chairs, an umbrella, corn-hole, ping-pong, an outdoor grill, and giant Jenga! The pool can be heated for a fee of $75 per night.
There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels for up to eight guests, and basic toiletries are provided, along with a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house is equipped with a keyless entry system, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in.

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
