Complex Update: The beach and pool are now available to guests! Please know that while the beach ramp is fully complete, there is a cone in front of it because it's not yet ADA compliant. They have to re-pave the sidewalk in front of it in order to make it flush. Opus has said guests are welcome to use it in the meantime. For those in mobility devices, there is still a public access point just a couple of minutes away.

Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of luxury amenities make Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex.
The airy and open living room has a large, Smart TV and luxurious leather furnishings. The entire open living and dining space is located along the side of Opus providing a lovely, side ocean view. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliance and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. This condo even includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience! Step onto your private balcony to take in gorgeous views of the Halifax River and city. Because the unit faces west, it's the perfect place to catch sunsets every evening. On the side of the balcony, the ocean is also visible.
The ocean and river view primary suite holds a king bed, relaxing sitting area, and large, Smart TV. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and a 6' garden tub. The first and second guest bedroom hold 2 queen beds and a Smart TV each, allowing up to 10 guests to utilize the condo.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
