The desert getaway dream home has it all. With three bedrooms in the main house, two of which have their own private bathrooms and the 4th bedroom is a private casita located right off the pool area. There is two indoor dining areas ( the round table can be made into a poker table for all you poker fans) and a kitchen that is stocked for all your vacation/entertaining needs, with two islands to entertain with. The backyard is filled with so much to do and places to relax; two putting greens, two dining areas, fire pit, outside bbq area with a mini frig, bar seating, two patio couch areas, lounge chairs for all, outside TV, fire place, basketball hoop, and the best part a slide to go right into the saltwater pool, and so much more..
The garage is filled with arcade games, ping pong, pool table, basketball and more. Plus a new EV charger! (Tesla + J1772)

Summary: Our stay at this property started off poorly. When we arrived, the house was filthy — it clearly had not been cleaned prior to our check-in. To the property manager’s credit she was responsive and sent cleaners over right away, but it took them about two hours to finish, and even then, the results were disappointing.The overall cleanliness was lacking. The sheets and towels had stains and hair on them, many of the towels were still damp from being taken out of the dryer too soon, and some were left in the washing machine. The house was not ready for guests. It was obvious that important cleaning details were overlooked, which made the stay uncomfortable. We asked for compensation for the inconvenience, especially for the first night, which was significantly impacted. Unfortunately, we were told a refund aside from returning the cleaning fee would only be issued if we did not leave a negative review — an unprofessional and inappropriate request that left an even worse impression. That said, the property itself does have some nice features. The game room and pool area were great. With a thorough deep clean, and better attention to details this could be a great rental.However, based on our experience, both the condition of the home upon arrival and the way our concerns were handled left us disappointed. I hope the owners take this feedback and make the necessary improvements for future guests.
