This is a Homestay where you will have your own one-bedroom Suite available in my 2br/2bath apartment. You will have your own suite (bedroom + bath) and shared access to the kitchen and large living area. Plus full use of all all the building amenities. While I retain use of the second bedroom and bath.
Your bedroom has its own on-suite bath, while the apartment has a kitchen with stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops, Dining area and Living Room that all overlooking the Park. The building is right across the street from Hermann Park located in the heart Houston Medical Center/Museum District.
And a 10 min. drive to the many great restaurants in Midtown or from Downtown. Please contact for more details. (please ask about specific dates).

Luxury building full of amenities in a great location by Medical Center, Hermann Park and Museum district also close to all major highways. One bedroom/bath available in two bedroom apartment.
The apartment offers an open floor plan featuring the kitchen (stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops), living room and dining area that end in a window wall with wonderful views of the park. The main areas of the apartment are shared while you have the guest bedroom and bath while I have the master bedroom and bath.
Included are utilities (WiFi throughout, Dish Network, A/C, Heat, Water, Electric*) and you will have access to all building amenities, your own parking space and in unit washer and dryer.
The Mosaic South Tower features, a resort style pool with hot tub and cabana lounging beds, a sports gym, club house, garage attendants and 24-hr concierge.
Located at the Medical Center and the Museum District. Visit Hermann Park for the Houston Zoo, Miller Outdoor Theater, play a round at the 18 hole Golf Course or walk/ jog along its many paths and trails. All across the street! Or visit the Museum district for new exhibits and film productions. And just down the road, the up and coming area of Mid-town offers nightlife and great dinning options. We are located near Route 288 for convenient access to all major Highways (Rt. 59 or 610) that can take you quickly to work or to explore Houston. And Downtown with its sports arenas are 15 mins. away to the north or go shopping at the Galleria 25 mins. away.
The apartment is a two bedroom/two bath apartment with the suites on either side of an open floor plan. So that you will have a quiet place to stay.
Three week minimum.
(Except for the Summer months of June, July, and August when it is a 1 month minimum. And OTC when it is a 6 day minimum.)
*I am open to longer rentals and most requests are longer than 1 month.
*Texas rentals that are less than 30-days are subject to local and state taxes.
**Internet and Cable are free.
Utilities are included for free, up to the following amounts: Nov-Apr: $100.00 and May-Oct: $180
(this includes: heat/ water/ electric/ a/c)
**Place is ideal for two guests with occasional visitors staying a few days during their stay (added charge over three guests: added $15/day fee per person for more than three occupants or $15/day during OTC week for more than two occupants.)
*** We love pets; but due to allergies can not accept pets at this time.
* Contract, with agreed upon rental terms, must be signed prior or at time of move-in.
