The villa, consisting of 3 independent apartments, is located in Lipari, Marina Lunga area. It is 100 meters from the sea and from Via Crispi that runs along the beach, 400 meters from the historic center of Lipari and from the ferry port and hydrofoils. The area is quiet and very scenic, thanks to the position a little high, the lack of buildings nearby and the large green areas that surround it. The view extends from the marina and from Monte Rosa to the left, to the blue sea of the wide bay of Marina Lunga that dominates opposite, to the castle (with the ferry port and hydrofoils below) and to the center of Lipari, on the right. The villa is surrounded by a partially wooded garden of 2700 square meters, available to guests; in this garden it is possible to park the car. It is accessed from Via Crispi, via a short, slightly uphill pedestrian lane. In the same Via Crispi, near the structure, there is a bus-shuttle stop which, with a 20-minute ride, leads to the renowned beaches of Canneto (1.7 km away), Porticello and Acquacalda. The shuttle bus stop to reach other interesting places on the island is in front of the hydrofoil dock, 400 meters from the villa.
Within a radius of 200 meters are bar, laundry, rotisserie / sandwiches, motorbike / car / boat rental. In the stretch of sea in front there are floating pontoons for mooring and storage of dinghies and small boats. Wi-Fi connection available for free.

This partly covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs on the seafront side and on the side. The garden is adjacent to the terrace.
