A five-minute drive or twenty-minute walk to the seafront means you can enjoy secluded peace with elevated views of the sea, while easily accessing all the vibrant City of Brighton has to offer.
The space
A 3 double bedroom luxury open plan property with views of the sea, perfect for those seeking a secluded retreat by the seaside!
Downstairs the floorplan is a large, open plan layout with a large cosy corner sofa and sumptuous love seat and a 55inch wall mounted television.
This leads onto the open plan kitchen space with kitchen island, and bar stools, a large range cooker and an American style fridge freezer with built in ice machine the pantry allows ample space for your holiday treats.
There is a convenient downstairs W/C and separate utility room keeping everything neatly tucked away.
The open plan living room leads out via French doors to the outdoor space which forms another room in the summer with a manicured garden, lawn, terraced area, and outdoor cooker.
The garden features a large day bed for sunbathing in luxury and this also converts into a glass top dining table seating six for dining al fresco.
The south facing garden is a real suntrap benefitting from the sun all day (with a retractable awning for when you want some shade) and has uninterrupted views of the sea.
Another feature outside is an ice bath for those who like a cold dip but for those who prefer a hot tub experience the good news is the ice bath can be turned up to 40 degrees!
Upstairs are the three double bedrooms. The Master bedroom is a large space boasting an ensuite shower room and super king size bed.
The second bedroom has a double bed, views of the sea and a wall mounted television.
The third bedroom is agile and currently configured with a sofabed but we can supply a double bed, two singles, or a cotbed on request.
The second and third bedroom share a large family bathroom and all the upstairs rooms are bathed in light and benefit from views of the sea.
Guest access
The house and garden are private and you are not overlooked meaning you benefit from total privacy.
We share communal access and courtyard space with our neighbours and these areas should not be used apart from access.

The ice bath can go from 2 degrees to 40.
