Paradise Palms offers a total of 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, and plentiful outdoor seating.
You will enjoy the SPACIOUS OPEN LAYOUTS furnished with QUALITY throughout, LUXURIOUS MATTRESSES, cooking and grilling supplies, beach accessories, and more. IDEAL LOCATION to relax on the pristine beaches & to explore the rich history of St Augustine! Beaches only a 3 minute drive with scenic views of Matanzas River along the way. Local beaches known for being clean, quiet, and allow for on-beach driving, fishing, and more! Paradise Palms consists of two spacious houses on the same lot (as seen in cover photo). Clean and Sanitized according to CDC guidelines.
We would love to host your stay but please understand that we can not accommodate large gatherings as this is a residential community and neighbors must be respected. The premises is monitored with exterior video surveillance. Extra guests that are not registered will be asked to leave immediately and you will loose the money that you paid for the reservation. Parties, unregistered guests, drugs, and illegal activity is not tolerated.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, but the advertisement list a tv in every room, but this was not true. The kids were disappointed because they could not hook up their video systems. We did not like not being able to go from one house to the other without going outside to enter. We were uncomfortable with this because the little ones at night were leaving out. Otherwise the space was excellent, the closeness of the beach was fantastic, the house was well stock with items we needed before having to go to the store (coffee, sugar, soap, plenty of clean towels, beach chairs and toys) Thanks for making our first family vacation a success!!!!!.
