The 'Paris Suite' is a 700 Sq. ft. private suite with 1 & 1/2 newly remodeled baths and a laundry unit. Located within the heart of one of the oldest and safest communities in Clarksville Ashland Hills. The home is nestled against Coy Lacy Park. Coy Lacy Park sits on 3.4 acres, a seconds walk out of the back yard. Play a game of baseball in the open space with an already provided backstop! Pavilions, playground & picnic tables are located on-site along with a walking trail.
The space
The 'Paris Suite' includes a firm king sized bed set with his and her closets, a full bath for cleaning up and a half bath for getting ready for your night on the town! A full length mirror to help you get ready, a mini fridge, and of course a 45" smart TV with Netflix. During the winter months there is a gas fireplace to keep you cozy and set your mood. The property has a large hot tub room shared between guests with a hot tub fee. You will have access to all common areas where you can meet other guests or just enjoy the many great views.
Guest access
Guest must park in the assigned space ONLY. Guests booking the 'Paris' Suite must park under the carport by the hot tub room (left spot when pulling in). Feel free to use the open space on the right of the driveway extension at the top of the backyard hill to turn around for easier pullout. Just be careful of the guests that may be parked in the left side of that driveway extension.
During your stay
I try to be available at all times if needed and live on site in the basement unit. If you want to chat or pick my brain please dont hesitate to reach out and let me know so I can swing by. Otherwise I try to give each guest an abundance of space so unless you want a tour of the property on arrival I wont be there.
