Summary: If we were using this home as a vacation place I would not be happy at all. We were in town for my mothers funeral, our main concern was, are there enough rooms and beds for my family. The home has a for sale sign in the front yard. The furniture in the home looked to be thrown together just to fill space up. No decorations in the house accept for one picture in the living room. All bedrooms had a bed and dresser and that is it. No TVs in the bedrooms, one bedroom had a reading lamp. No basic amenities. The fridge water barely came out and had a filter replacement warning light. We did not drink the fridge water, we assumed the water filter was so dirty that the water would barley come out. The basement was empty accept for a large tv (with no furniture to use) and had a fog machine plugged in ready to go with some laser lights????? This home/owner seem to be trying to make some extra money until they sell the home. The owner or manager did respond right away when I told him the iron was broken and we needed a new one to iron our clothes. He dropped off a new iron and board the same day. If you just need a bed to sleep on this could be a good option otherwise I would look for a professional short term lease option to get your monies worth.
