A bright modern 3-bedroom house with garden and parking, situated in The Oval in beautiful Bath. There are local shops and restaurants within walking distance on Moorland's road. The city centre is an 8-minute drive or a 20-minute bus ride, if you are feeling fit you could walk it in half an hour. Within a 10 minute drive out of Bath you will find beautiful villages such as Newton St Loe and Combe Hay with its award-winning pub, the Mendips, Cheddar Gorge and Wells. A perfect base to explore.
The house has a light and modern interior. Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with a small dining area that leads out through French doors onto the garden. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, and American fridge/freezer. There is a downstairs bathroom with corner bath. Upstairs leads to two double bedrooms with plenty of closet space and a walk-in shower room.
