Positive: The whole interior was immaculate, well presented with nice comfortable furniture. The location of the penthouse apartment was fabulous with spectacular views over Chelmsford.
Negative: The hallways were grubby as was the lift. In the strong winds, the furniture was blown around the terrace!
Summary: Spectacular views and quality furnishings made this a special stay.
