Positive: This is my third stay in this apartment, and it remains one of my favourite places to stay. The flat is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, extremely well equipped, and truly feels more like a home than a rental. You honestly have everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, right in the city centre yet very quiet. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, making it ideal for working remotely. The hosts are outstanding: kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. They fixed the TV internet issue I mentioned during a previous stay, allowed a very early check-in, and were extremely flexible with check-out on my last day, which helped me a lot.
Negative: There were a couple of minor, situational points. As the apartment was in the process of being sold, a brief viewing with the new owner took place while I was there, which was communicated clearly and was handled respectfully therefore didn’t cause any inconvenience. There was also a short water issue due to extremely cold weather and a frozen pipe. Once I contacted the owner, it was resolved promptly and was clearly not anyone’s fault. The apartment is currently maintained to an exceptionally high standard, and I truly hope the same level of care, comfort, and attention to detail is preserved by the new owner.
Summary: Exceptional as always and it feels like home in a perfect location
