Positive: The hotel is a great location if you want to be near Bicester village and the Disneyland park. Both are within 15 minutes from the hotel.

Negative: Unfortunately, the first room we were placed in was infested with ants. We had to request a new room after reporting it as that wasn’t even offered to us. We were told they would “investigate” the matter. Which we were not comfortable leaving our belongings in said infested room along with staff potentially moving/touching our stuff. They also couldn’t confirm when someone would check the room so we ended up having to almost demand a new room.
