This condo is part of an 8 total unit complex however unlike all the other units and most properties in the area where you need to deal with the common area you get your own Private Door and Patio entrance!!! So nice NOT to have to deal with extra keys, lockboxes, and the annoying Common Area issues.

Summary: The location and the benifit of the outdoor space was great. On arrival the property looked clean but unfortunately it really wasn’t . Headboard thick dust kitchen cupboard door and drawers really dirty, as were the windows. All the issues could have been easily sorted with a really deep clean . I did reach out to the owner when we left to tell him, as I felt it was only fair to let him know . Unfortunately I got no response . Also the top flat were really loud on Saturday night on the balcony . Smoking weed and their language was really not good. So we went out early which was a shame. .Had the owner contacted us during our stay to see if things were ok I would have asked him to call to point these issues out .
