Our cozy suite has a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, Brita water dispenser, coffee and tea selections, various dishes, glasses, coffee cups, utensils, wine opener, cutting board, knives, paper towels, and more.
Find rejuvenating rest upon a super comfortable king-size Tempurpedic bed with high-quality bedding and lots of pillows.
Sitting areas include a comfy sofa with pillows and a cozy blanket and a dining room table with two chairs.
The roomy bathroom has a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap, hand soap, body lotion, a hairdryer, a first aid kit, toilet paper, tissues, beach towels, and more.
Please be aware there is not a TV in the suite; however, we do have fast WiFi! You are welcome to bring your own smart TV. :)
The covered deck has an outdoor dining table, four chairs, and blankets for chilly nights while watching a sunset. Many guests enjoy meals and playing games out on the deck and there are string lights for ambiance at night.
You have your own private driveway entrance and parking next to the suite (enough room for two cars to park). Easy entrance to the suite from your driveway and the convenience of self-check-in with a lockbox by the front door. This driveway and parking is dedicated to guests only so you may park anywhere you like.
I offer a free daily dish-washing service so you may enjoy your vacation. Basically, you set your dishes in a bin on the deck and I return them to you clean, yay!
There are two private yards for guests - one is next to the driveway and the other is a large fenced yard with a gentle water feature and sitting bench with bay view - great for pets!
A tandem kayak is available to experienced kayakers and there's an easy launch spot right down the street. I’m happy to show you!

Restaurants and coffee are located down the block and within a mile to 1.5 miles away. The little town of Baywood is 1.5 miles away and where we usually head for coffee and food. Lovely walk or bike ride with scenic bay views!
