Positive: Very clean, quiet, comfortable, great view of the canal and the lake.

Negative: The neighborhood feels a bit 'unfinished', would have been nice to have places for a walk close to it. The place would benefit for having an additional toilet separated from the rooms, and doors to the toilets attached to the rooms.
