Our large apartment (on the 2 upper floors of the building) is located in Almerimar, 35 km west of the city Almeria and next to the Mediterranean. There are two terraces with panoramic views of the golf course, the sea and the marina of Almerimar. The holiday home is in a quiet village location just above the golf course. (27 holes). The house has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. The residence has a large communal pool, surrounded by a beautiful lawn for sunbathing. The beach is at a walking distance of only twenty minutes. The 'duplex' is located in the upper part of the village, giving it a unique view of Almerimar and its surroundings. The balcony or terraces overlook the golf course, the beach, the village center, the marina and the mountains (Las Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada).

The village of Almerimar is located on the Mediterranean. The region Costa de Almeria has a moderate climate throughout the year. This means that there is very little rain, a record of Europpe's sunny hours a year. Therefore Almerimar is perfect for a stay in winter as in summer. This village has a lot to offer, such as a 27-hole golf course, a marine, nature reserve, beaches and nearby 'Las Alpujarras' mountains. There are pubs, restaurants and bars in the center. Villages like 'El Ejido' and 'Roquetas del Mar' are located directly next to Almerimar. The City Almerie can be reached in 30 minutes by car, the city of Granada after 90 minutes and Malaga after 120 minutes. The only European desert Tabernas is an hour away and the 'Cabo de Gata' nature reserve is also an hour away by car. Almerie Airport (LEI) and 'Park Mini-Hollywood' are only 40 minutes from Almerimar !!!
