Enjoy a stylishly decorated space with all the comforts of a home, including a fully equipped chefs kitchen, plush bedding, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Downtown Milwaukee, especially on Old World Third Street, is vibrant and full of life. You can find a mix of historic buildings, trendy bars, and diverse dining options (including one right in our building!). It's a great spot for exploring local culture, art, and entertainment, plus you're just a short walk from the Fiserv Forum, UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena, The Marcus Center, Baird Center, and the Riverwalk.
THE SPACE:
This apartment is located above the Oak Barrel Public House on the 5th floor. It is spacious and stylish, offering views of the Historic Old World Third Street Entertainment District. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and areas for dining and entertainment. We can accommodate up to 15 people. Oak Barrel Public House is on the 1st floor but our apartment is completely private, ensuring a separate experience from the restaurant and bar.
In addition to this listing, we have 4 other units located in the same building. Each apartment features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and areas for dining and entertainment. Together, these five apartments can accommodate up to 61 guests. If you wish to book more then one apartment, you can do so by visiting their individual listings to book separately or get in touch with the host and we can help! The apartments are accessible via an elevator and are situated on the 3rd floor (two apartments), the 4th floor (two apartments), and the 5th floor (penthouse). Each apartment is completely private, ensuring a separate experience from the restaurant and bar located on the 1st floor. Each unit is designed for comfort and convenience, perfect for groups, solo travelers, couples, or families. Enjoy easy access to local attractions and amenities, making your stay both enjoyable and memorable!
Wedding/Bridal/Groom groups allowed but NO parties.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests can easily access the premises from the back for convenient loading and unloading of luggage/supplies. They may also enter through the restaurant, provided they are not carrying luggage or supplies.
PARKING:
We are near a public parking lot that is owned by Interstate Parking. We have a partnership with them where we offer up to 2 parking spots per unit at a discounted rate of $20 per car/per night. While you pay for these ahead of time, the spots first come first serve and the parking is valid as space allows.

The Fiserv Forum, UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena, The Marcus Center, Baird Center, and the Riverwalk (all walking distance)
You’ll love the boat activities available nearby! The Milwaukee Paddle Tavern, various boat tours, and party boats are all within walking distance from the entrance. It's a fantastic way to enjoy the water and have a memorable experience!

Guests can order food from the restaurant by visiting Oak Barrel Public House in person to view the menu and place their order at the counter. Alternatively, they may also have the option to call the restaurant directly to place their order for pickup. It's a convenient way to enjoy delicious meals without leaving the building!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We do not allow parties or late-night noise as there are other guests in the building. Quiet hours are at 10PM.
Please use common courtesy while in the unit by keeping it clean, reporting any problem or damage, and not rearranging the furniture.
No smoking of any kind inside or on the property. Violation of these rules will result in an additional $500 fee
