Positive: Loved the space!! Super cute and comfy. Loved they had beach stuff to borrow in closet, and extra blankets and pillows! Cute patio and access to outside hose to clean sand toys etc. Location was great too!

Negative: Fix sliding doors, better toilet paper, and need to exterminate for cockroaches in Kitchen (big and small). A.C window unit needs new one didn't get cold in that area. Need commonly used products for kitchen like salt pepper, pan spray, (maybe a spice rack). Check game in game room handles are loose and when my daughter and mother were playing the handle slipped off and sharp metal was exposed and cut her hand open.

Summary: Love the spacious townhome! Needs some Fixings and roach exterminators for kitchen. Overall NICE!
