The Highland Hideaway is a three bedroom retreat that is sure to leave you in a majestic mountain state of mind. This exquisite property is nestled in the Highland Greens neighborhood just off Tiger Road. It is conveniently located within minutes of everything that brought you to the Colorado Mountains and Breckenridge. Just three miles from Breckenridge Main Street, this townhome offers what most don’t – plenty of space, peace and quiet, and beautiful mountain views which can be enjoyed from all three levels.
This home is sure to surpass expectations with mountainous themed decor and plush furniture throughout. After the sun has set over the Ten Mile Range this home will serve as the perfect place to unwind with family and friends. The spacious open concept living area invites everyone to gather for drinks, snacks and fun. Relax on the L-shaped plush couch with a 55” HD flat screen TV and relish in the warmth and ambiance from the gas fireplace.
Perhaps you prefer to take in the fresh mountain air, so open the sliding glass doors off the living room and create an even larger area to enjoy appetizers on the private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances takes the stress out of cooking and entertaining. Enjoy a home cooked meal at the wood dining table which encourages lively conversations, even long after dessert has been served. There is also room at the kitchen bar top with seating for two, making entertaining in your own vacation rental a joyful breeze.
The upstairs master suite has a Queen bed encased in elegant, luxurious bedding. The room offers handmade log furniture and a 37” flat screen TV. This suite also has a private deck where you are encouraged to sit and indulge in a cup of coffee while gawking at the breathtaking views. The private master bathroom has a grand bath tub, glass enclosed tile shower and a double vanity. The downstairs master suite has a Queen sized bed, 42” flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The third bedroom is equipped with a Twin Bunk bed plus a memory foam Ottoman Sleeper. No matter what bedroom you choose, you are sure to feel right at home in the Rockies.
If you want to escape, walk downstairs to your private six person hot tub (8am to 10pm only). The steaming hot water serves as a welcomed truce for your exhausted muscles while the sparkling stars provide a peaceful backdrop with the mountain views. Other amenities include a full sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a two car garage, with a new fold-up/down ping pong table. This home also has access to the neighborhood Highland Greens shuttle that runs on a scheduled route. If you are the adventurous kind, check out one or all five of the other world-class Colorado Ski Resorts; hop in the car for a short drive because they are all within twenty miles. During the warmer months you are only a five minute stroll from the Breckenridge Golf Course and a few steps from the paved bike path that will take you into town or over Vail Pass if you’re up for a challenge.
