Summary: My stay in this place was fine as I used it mostly to only sleep/cook after being out most of the days I spent here. I recommended to the owner a few additions, i.e., toaster, a little more cutlery (sharp knives!), and ventilation for cooking (oven or stove top caused the smoke alarm to go off, which is in the kitchen). That all stated, if I were staying in Lake City again, I absolutely would consider staying here again because the price is right, AND it is conveniently located about a block from Silver Street where some some nice shops and eateries are located.
