Positive: The apartment is big and comfortable, with big living room, separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Good location, not so far from the beach, there is fish shop in proximity and generally you can go to the city center with your foots. Very good contact with the owner, who was nice, friendly and supportive.
Negative: A lot of mosquitos, probably garden needing some update (a lot of leaves to be removed from the floor), it was hard to stay there in the evening. It would be good to add some bigger cups and some device to boil the water.
