3 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioner

Newly remolded with fresh paint, new bathroom, new flooring, new furniture, new remote unit ac and heat, an outside shower and more. The unit is within walking distance to the Beanery/Rea Farm and Garrett Family Preserve and a short drive or bike ride to the Meadows, Hawk Watch Platform, Higbee Beach, and all the birding hotspots on Cape Island. Along with a short bike ride to the Cape May beach, Dining and more. Willow Creek Winery and Beach Plum Farm are also nearby. This property has a nice sized back yard and hosts many migrating songbirds foraging for berries and bugs. This is a perfect escape to visit our beautiful island and enjoy all it has to offer. As you enter the house you’ll walk into a nice sized living room. Continue to your left into an eat in kitchen and then out to your sunroom with dining seating for 6. The right side of the house has three bedrooms. Two will have queen beds and the third will have a set of twin bunk beds. There’s room for parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. This is a pet friendly property. Dishwasher installed by October When reserving please let us know if you are bringing a dog and a $200 Pet Fee will be added to your lease Agreement.This property has outdoor security cameras.

Summary: Property advertised fenced in yard. Was not completely fenced & that caused an issue with the neighbor. Also advertised bbq grill & there wasn't one there. Restoration of house is nice. Location not bad at all & it was a quiet neighborhood. The cleaning crew I would give an "F". We had one partial roll of toilet paper provided for 6 days. The kitchen sponge to wash dishes was used & dirty. When I went to put linens on bed I could see a huge dustball. Figured it just didn't get sucked up. I looked under the bed & it was so dirty it looked like whenever they swept they pushed it under the bed. No exaggeration. Because of no grill the food we bought to grill had to be cooked on stove top...no frying pan provided. Not being able to use the back yard was a huge downfall. The 2nd bedroom has a door that faces the neighbor & there was no shade or curtain. We threw a towel over the door so they couldn't look right in.
