Pete's Paradise is located on the shoreline of Cayuga Lake. Set with beautiful, multi level decks for outdoor entertaining, this charming cottage is comfortably furnished with everything you'll need for a vacation at the lake.
As you arrive, the level yard behind the home leads you from the parking area to the rear entry door. A recently updated kitchen awaits you, with freshly painted cabinets, new countertops, sink, dishwasher, and stove. Two dining areas are on either side of the kitchen and provide seating for 10 guests. For your added convenience, a half bath is located just off the kitchen.
Additional living space is available in a spacious, air-conditioned sun porch facing the lake. Well-appointed with two comfortable sofas, a 32” flat screen TV with cable and Blu –Ray player, and direct entry to the outside covered porch and decks.
The master suite is also located on the home's main floor and is outfitted with quality furniture, a queen size bed; 32” flat screen cable TV with Blu-Ray player, and access to a full bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms. The bedroom facing the lake features a wall of windows that highlight the exceptional views, and includes 2 Queen beds, new furniture, and air-conditioning. The bedroom in the rear features 2 Double beds and new furniture.
Outside the lakeside, covered porch and decks are equipped with new patio furniture, ideal for outdoor meals or lounging. The permanent dock is 70 feet long, with a large platform and swim ladder for easy access into the water. The shoreline is natural, pebble beach, with gradual depth for children and guests of all ages.
Pete's Paradise is conveniently located near area wineries, Waterloo Premium Outlets, Bass Pro Shop, gas stations, grocery stores, movie theaters, and marinas.
