Positive: Location is definitely a plus. There is a park round the corner, and a lake within walking distance, pets are allowed. Maintenance people came on the weekend to attempt to address issues, but some of them were obviously impossible to sort over the weekend. Milk and baking trays were provided when we complained. Dishwasher and washing machine in good working order. very good reliable wifi. Parking for upto three cars
Negative: 1) Balustrade in the back garden was broken, rendering enjoying the weather in the back garden practically impossible, as our group included grandparents with mobility issues 2) Windows upstairs had the handle broken off, which was a huge safety risk with toddlers 3) Basic condiments / seasoning (salt and pepper) not there in the property 4) No tray in the oven rendering baking impossible 5) We booked for 6 adults and three children for two nights, and were provided with 5 tiny sachets of longlife milk, which were expired 6) Pillowcases, bedding and curtains did not appear to be washed and were extremely dusty, with some bloodstains on some of the bedding. We were forced to wash bedding prior to use, thankfully came in summer and dried quickly outdoors
