Getting Around:
Walk, bike, car.
We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.
Other Things to Note:
Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.
Guests must be at least 25 years old and are REQUIRED to register with Pinecrest Lake.
● $78 mandatory late registration fee (for registrations received later than 3 days before check-in) - this will be collected separately through the booking platform for late registrations or last-minute bookings.
For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($30) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES
- We have cameras in the front and rear of the house, all on the exterior. The Ring doorbell camera at the front entry door can be used to contact us if needed.
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
