The apartment, close to all services, is a 5-minute walk from the Pontassieve train station from which you can reach the center of Florence in just 20 minutes, with frequent trains. By car it is 13 km from Florence and is an excellent starting point for visiting Tuscany and other cities, Siena, Arezzo etc.
The apartment, completely renovated, is located on the first floor, to access it there is a short ramp of 16 steps, parking is possible on Via Ghiberti, every day except Saturday afternoon and Sunday, while they are some large free and paid parking lots are always available in the upper part of Pontassieve which, via a pretty road and an elevator, allows you to reach the apartment in two minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with window overlooking the main street, has a bathroom with shower, in the living room / kitchen there is a double sofa bed. The living room overlooks an equipped external courtyard.
