This home is one of the acclaimed "Tennis Cottage's"--located in an attractively located area of PB near RT's Market and a 1 minute walk to the Montage Resort. Walk over the small bridge and you are in the Village of Wilson, the heart beat of Palmetto Bluff - docks, Chapel, restaurants and pool.
It boasts a private -completely enclosed backyard in the middle of a village. Within the hedged backyard is a fire-pit and gas grill.
Nearby amenities-- The Montage Spa, The Octagon Bar and Restaurant, The Fore & Aft Waterway Bar & Grill, Buffalo's Restaurant, Wilson Lawn & Racquet Club, RT's Market, The Canoe Club pool & Fitness Center, the tree house and the Wilson Lawn & Racquet Club. In Moreland Village you may enjoy the big tree house overlooking the May River, the Canteen Deli and Cole's Restaurant, Game Room, Bowling Alley and Moreland Pools.
The house was redecorated in 2022 with new furniture, mattresses, all towels, carpets and bedding. The house has been completely re-painted and has a large screened in porch with dining area and plush sitting area. There are hardwood floors on the first floor and newly installed carpet in the bedrooms.
A gas fireplace in the family room with ample seating makes for a cozy area to play games or host cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen has new glassware and flatware. It is stocked with everything you need to make your favorite recipe if you want a night in!
Dogs are welcomed to visit but there is a pet fee if you would like to bring your family pet.
The front porch is welcoming with 4 rockers to enjoy people watching, a cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening.
The screened in porch has a dining table which fits 6 comfortably and a large seating area on the opposite side lounge in the summer afternoons.
One of the rarities for this area is that this home has a completely natural fenced yard. It is totally private yet you are in the village. With a fire pit and many chairs you can enjoy the outdoors without anyone watching!

The owner has set up a wonderful coffee and tea bar in the laundry room. It has everything you would want to make a latte, cappuccino or tea. From several different coffees to choose from, as well as teas this is a great addition to the amenities at this cottage.
